Name of Client:Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA)
Project Location:Jamaica and Belize
Duration:1993 – 1998
Services Provided:Local Executing Agency (LEA) for the Canadian Cooperation Office (CCO).

The CCO executes and monitors CIDA projects in Jamaica and Belize. CATC provided total manning and management of the office; including all ancillary services such as procurement, recruitment, office management, report writing, accounting.

The protects executed and monitored by the CCO include Women in Development; Agriculture; Institution Building for NGO’s.

Methodology: The Canadian High Commission provides the physical assets for the project namely: office space; office furniture, equipment, vehicles etc.
CATC provided a Director, specialist staff and support staff totaling some 20 full time persons backed up by an active roster of consultants.
CATC Personnel Involvement: CATC provided a Project Coordinator and its regular staff provide back-up support in accounting and personnel administration services mainly.
Value of Project:J$65 million (approximately)
