Prior to coming into consultancy, he worked on the senior management teams of leading Jamaican firms such as Desnoes & Geddes Limited (Red Stripe) and Estate Industries Limited (Tia Maria), and with United States based firms such as Miller Brewing Company, Economics Laboratory (Chemicals), Dobbs House (Airline Catering) and Comet Rice, mainly in the fields of Production Management and Quality Control. Since joining Caribbean Applied Technology Centre (CATC) Limited in 1984, Dr. Morgan has gone on to be its major shareholder and to build a reputation as a leading consultant in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
